Startup Crash with certain Add-On Mods

Hey guys, I've recently been dealing with a problem that's been driving me crazy. I love using add-on mods for cars and planes, but only recently I've found that certain Add on mods will make my game crash on startup. I did some light experimentation and found that leaving the dlc in the dlcpacks folder didn't make the game crash, but adding the line to dlclist.xml did. I already have the custom gameconfig that allows for unlimited add ons and like said, the game only crashes when downloading certain mods. What frustrated me even more was that I recently tried to download Grand Theft Space, and my game crashed the same way. Anybody have an idea what the problem is?
