Game graphics crazy bugs and rendering issues on a high end machine (Titan x 12gb GPU)

  • My machine is a 12 core dual processor xeon with 96gb of ram and a Titan x 12gb graphics card yet I am getting crazy amounts of rendering issues

  • The car issues are probably due to copying over a previous modded car - this I am sure is the reason, but the big grey areas are the main issue, as I'm driving around parts of the map flicker or disapear completely!

I have just installed F7YO gamesettings file to see if it was my vanilla game config that was at fault but it is still doing it...

    Can anyone help?

  • Also some of the modded cars dissapear when you look back at them?

  • @dannythezuko I have not much to say 12gb GPU like wth. Try going in your graphic card properties and meddle a bit.Setup all to quality.Switch the CPU to max performance (maybe nope as its 96gb ram lol). If no other game is effected you may wanna install the game again or try looking at you antivirus if its causing any problems. Before you try installing the game try a graphic overhaul mod which can overwrite others graphic setting.Use NVM i think with no add-ons in mods folder. Run a benchmark test to see what happens.Keep the setting to default.Make sure you have updated the graphics drivers, direct x,net frameworks whatever you can.

I hope something works or that shots are really really bad.Hope something helps.

  • @dannythezuko Do you use replace or addon vehicles? Also, what other mods are you using as this will help me to troubleshoot your problems.

LODS missing, can be fixed by changing the lod section in vehicles.meta to

    100
    200
    300
    400
    500
    550

Your texture losses might be a result of spawning too many of those HQ but poorly optimized car mods

  • @dannythezuko How many game vehicles did you replaced with moded ones?
We need to understand a bit the game engines, they came with locked memory for rendering and storage management for objects, even in an ultra-end PC, this settings not change and if the game engine memory reach its limit, issues like these appears. The game engine is a software developed to handle a certain number of polygons, textures, object pools and scripts threads complexity, the processes management by game engine are independent of hardware and can't be forced to exceed limits.
