How to Import 3d models into GTA 5 ?

I Created 3D Character model for GTA 5 but its in .obj format
I don't know how to convert it for GTA 5 formats like (ydd,ytd,yft,ymt) please help

Converting peds to GTA5 format is a bit complex and you should start watching tutorials like this
