Game unstable with Addonpeds?

I have all the prerequisites. Gameconfig, Scripthook etc. I've been in the modding community for years but I'm baffled by this error.
When I put addonpeds in the dlcpacks folder and install the other prerequisites for that mod, the game either crashes 10 minutes in or crashes when loading another save game. However, when I remove the dlc.rpf of the mod, it completely works fine.
I'm running a 1493.0 build with all the latest mod updates, and have about 200 dlc addons total.
