[WIP] Grand Theft Auto : Nightclub Business

What is NCB?
GTA Nightclub Business is a modification which tries to combine After Hours and The Ballad of Gay Tony into one big Nightlife Experience.
The mod is set sometime after events of main story, there isn't a direct timeline, it just happens.
Story
In this DLC you play as Franklin Clinton (however you can also use online characters, all money and purchases are disabled) he decided to move further in his life, start business of his own and then Tony Prince offered him potential Nightclub Enterprise.
Tony is somewhere near Bahama Mama's, you will find him by having a Pink "T" icon on the map, once you enter the club, it triggers the meeting cutscene, Franklin meets Lazlow, English Dave, and Tony walks the player around the club, ofcourse it isn't a paradise (yet) and that's where next step comes in.
Complete Prep missions to get your club up and running, there is multiple stages which change the look of the club, at first is dusty and rusty, but after getting staff, it starts to get renovated, once you get DJ set, you get a temporary DJ, and then you can get Solomun on board.
Once Solomun is unlocked, you can get more DJ's, everything can be manages from the computer in the office.
Clubs
The mod features three clubs.- Player's Club - it's up to you to choose the name (you can select 9 names like GTA Online) you can relax, dance or start missions, it features a garage with special vehicles.
- Bahama Mama's West - They're back in business, it's a rival club however you can still enter it and enjoy all the activities there, featuring fixes for it's fucked up state left by rockstar.
- Tequi-La-La - The club that was only in one story mission, again same as Bahama Mama's, they're rival club but you can enjoy activities inside.

@Biggdogg It works pretty well, aside the fact that the collision is buggy for now (so it falls through the ground) and that the animation are a bit rough, another problem is that the fireworks effect doesn't seem to be loaded until I shoot the firework launcher so...yeeaaaahhh
Thermite Bomb is gonna work like Molotov + Sticky Bomb combined, im also planning on Electric Grenade or something like this
