Change positioning of wanted stars?

Ok so I got a question for you guys.
I’m currently using the nvidia depth of field option on the nvidia freestyle. I think it works really well. Seems to make the graphics pop out a bit more. The thing is it blurs the text at the top of the screen. Not too much of a problem as I can alter the hud etc and hide the ammo count.
But I want to keep the wanted stars. Is there a way I can move the positioning of the wanted stars? From the top right to halfway down or even right to the bottom of the screen? So they don’t blur with the nvidia DOF.
Think this is a tough one. But thought I’d ask all you geniuses out there!
