can't upload new file

hi, i'm having a problem uploading a new file for my 1 and only mod, i keep getting and error has occured, i've tried ie, firefox and chrome, try changing the file extension, i even disabled my hosts file and still can't upload a new file. not sure what else to do?

scratch that, it's now uploaded...must of been connection glitch.
