I installed it but when I hit f3 it doesn’t pop up can someone please help me

Do the scripthookv logs say it's started?

I meant, inside those logs you can read if the scripts actually get loaded

What should I look for when I open the files?

@joniboy426 Look for TrainerV.asi, and if it says any ERRORs. You can also upload the contents to pastebin and give us a link here so we can help that way.

I can’t see anything that’s says error

If there's no logs created when you start V
my best guess is you lack the appropriate prerequisites?
No clue really as I've never experienced bugs like this.

Installation
Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (or higher, so skip this step on Windows 10)
AND Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 and 2015 (x64).

everything is installed right. After I put the files into my folder is there something a have to do with the keyboard settings.
