Headlight Glare, No Corona

Is there a was to get rid of the glare from headlights? I have the no corona mod, which works perfectly. However, I still have this glare effect.

Looks to me like it might be Animorphic Flare. If I'm right it's texture is called 'flare_animorphic' & is in 'graphics.ytd'
If you download & install the 'flare_animorphic.png' from this mod it should remove it
Easy test to confirm. Make backups etc
Tip: In openiv Ctrl+F3 can be used to search for files by name.
