After hours vehicles not spawning

Wanted to try the complex control mod which requires all the latest files. Been a while since i modded so how do i get the new update files? Running on steam with two different folders one online the other modded.

You have to use use this gameconfig https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
and make sure you copied all the files inside update folder from your clean folder steam installation to your modded folder

Tried both but it still isn't working. No clue why it won't work.

then you need this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp
download and put the file in root of gta 5 folder and you should be able to spawn cars from new dlc

have installed both mods that were linked and i still can't load them. have tried every other suggestion made on this forum to no avail
