Need Help Gunrunning Not working with Mod DLC Addons

Hay Every time I try to use Gunrunning DLC on GTA V the Game would Crash I will get Err_File_1 Error Code Now i have the Gameconfig (1.0.1493.0) installed but I also Tried Mo Reala Gameconfig (350+) 1.0.1493.0 (2.0) and Hazard gameconfig 1.0.1493.0 1.4 and they still wont work Now I have removed Gunrunning and works fine but I only can have about 90 Cars installed at once before my computer Crashed I had more then 300 Cars and other add On installed This is Before I reinstalled GTA V can someone help me here I do not know what I should do I messed with the Graphics Settings to see if that could be the case it is not I try Removing other Patch dates still Crashes with the same error Code is there a Dill I maybe missing or the D3D might not be working can someone help me please I am desperate I need help Help Me Please!!!!
