Script Mods Dont Work At All

hi, I have GTA v version v1.41 and Whenever I Install a Mod {scripts} it doesn't work.
Menyoo and ENT work and Addon Cars and stuff but the other script mods don't
even the Insert to refresh doesn't work, I dunno what to do...
please help.

@Killer2000 Hopefully youre using a scripts folder, and what scripts are you having problems with?

@Biggdogg yea I do use a scripts folder and none of the scripts work

Side Note: All Mods WorkED Perfectly Before Until I Formatted Windows and Reinstalled the game, then none of the.dlls work

I got 2 gtas a clean one for the multiplayer {great deal like 5$} and a cracked one for anything else, the problem is on the cracked one
