Help!!! Out of Memory

Help!!! After about 10 minutes of playing when I pull up the menus and map I get an "Out of Memory, restart game" error

Without additional information on what your running mod wise, it's hard to advise

@SMAUSSIE Try the "Heap Limit Adjuster (650 MB of heap!)" mod. Worked for me atleast.
