[Requesting] Tutorial on creating interactive areas of vehicles

Can someone create a tutorial on creating interactive objects for vehicles? For instance, the moveable forks of the forklift, or even the ladder mod for firetrucks that was creates as a mod. The moveable bucket of the bulldozer. It would nice to learn how to create these moveable items on a vehicle.
