Unable to enter shops, LSC and do new missions

Hi there can someone help me.
ever since i reinstalled my GTA V as my previous version got stucked as i downloaded GTA Space and it failed,the new version has gave me issues such as
not being able to enter shops
not being able to enter LSC
not being able to do new missions, EG epsilon missions.
i tried creating a new game but still doesnt work
i am using the CD version
