ScripthookV and AsiLoader not even Loading

I did a fresh install of GTA 5, because I wanted to get back into modding. Once it was completely finished, I proceeded to install the Redux graphics enhancer, because it states in the instructions to do so on a fresh install, with no other mods. Following I installed the respective ScripthookV and dinput8, which came with it, both specifically for my version of GTA 5 (1439). Afterwards, I installed Simple Trainer, exactly how it states to in the instructions.
Once finished, I booted up the game to test and to find the trainer wasn't working. I tried multiple other trainers, all of which were not working. After some research, I found that people on many forums were requesting the information from the log files, specifically AsiLoader.log and ScripthookV.log, as well as the ScripthookVDotNet log files, to which I discovered, are not being generated for me. I have tried searching for anyone else with this problem and have found nothing.
I even copied over my update.rpf into my mods folder, as some forums were saying. My game is not crashing. My game is loading up absolutely perfectly, however, no trainer is working, nor are any log files being generated. I cannot reinstall the game, as it took 2 days to download, however I know that is not the problem, because I used a fresh install.
The only problem I believe it could be is Redux, however, that is running just fine. There are no problems with Redux and I don't see how Redux could be conflicting with Scripthook nor the AsiLoader.
