wait if i have a back up and i uninstall it and then reinstall it and notice I had a backup can I still play it even though I install the updated version? Or do i need to uninstall the uppdated version and play the backup versiojn? Sorry soo confused like wtf hahaha

see i use the Rockstar Social Club installed version and not steam so when i copied the older version, it auto updated to 1493.1
if you have the Steam version you can DL the old files off of JulioNib's Patreon site.

@timtims If you (and others) have to ask that question then maybe you should get the console version without mods... Stop acting entitled about SHV updates. They'll be ready when they're ready. If you can do better then do it yourself and upload them.

didn't work, still gave me the critical error message.

this will solve ur problem until the next version of scripthook realeses.(if the settings is all weired just restore the graphics settings to default, mine was completely fucked up)

1493.1 came at the worst time for me. I installed my new GTX-1060 SSC 6gb yesterday, was all fired up and ready to play GTA (with NVR) on "Very High" settings and wham, I get this update that throws a wrench in the works. Now I gotta wait for an SHV update to play with mods.

YAH My Game works wow i was searching my computer and I found a back up folder from 6 months ago so I replace the GTAV.exe and it worked haha. For proof search for Dryder Mataroa on YouTube and you will see a video uploaded today. I was going to give up but In my head I said to myself Im sure I got a back up folder somewhere and I was right phew. Thanks to those who said to use your back up folder. Remember guys next time back up your files next time.
