[VEHICLE] US Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin

I am currently working on Coastal Callouts, a modification for LSPDFR which will bring some action to the oceans, ports, and beaches of GTA. I am developing the mod with specific vehicles in mind, some of which will be included in a custom DLC file with the mod. Right now @SkylineGTRFreak has an MH-60 Jayhawk coast guard helicopter released, which has been working very well. Several people have messaged me though about wanting an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter, as that's what is flown out of USCG Air Station Los Angeles.
There was previously a Z-9 Haitun model by @CANAL-EMBRAER-GTA which had a USCG Dolphin skin available, but that model is no longer available on the website, and had various issues which made it difficult to use.
If anybody would be interested and capable of producing such a model, many people would be very interested in having it available for use with this upcoming mod. Here's a screenshot of the helicopter rescue hoist functionality I've developed, demonstrated on Skyline's Jayhawk. Yes it goes both up and down

When you do eventually return to it, please make sure to add the rope_attach_a/b bone(s) to the hoist so that it can be used for rappelling. My understanding is it just needs to have that bone and then rappelling will work. Also the current model's rear seats have bone names r2 which doesn't let them be used with the default vehicle layout, I had to modify vehiclelayouts.meta to get the rear seats to work.
