Weapon Wheel/Special tint & blur. Simple Question. Making me crazy.

I downloaded Redux to get some of the effects/files I wanted to use out of it to put into my VisualV & I eliminated the tint & blur from the weapon wheel & special ability. I was so happy. Then I changed a few files to experiment & the game started crashing on load up. Had to go back into work.
So I reverted to previous files when i got home. Now the tint & blur is BACK and I cant figure out what file got rid of it... Does anybody know?! Please?! lol

Replace timecycle_mods_4.xml.

@CP Thank you. Yes, Redux does have some features that are usefull but your mod deserves to be the one thats used. Thanks for all your hard work.
