SCRIPTHOOKV´S TIME TO LOAD SCRIPTS

In RagePluginHook you can increase the time that ragepluginhook has to load the scripts that he controls and that the game is not crashed due to excessive freezing. Can someone tell me if with scripthookv or vDoNet is posible do the same ?? i mean wen you press INSERT ingame
