Racing campaign mod

So I was thinking since we have a mod for vehicle buying, we have a mod for creating races already why don't we combine it?
This is what kind of mod I'm thinking of.

1. You start your career within let's say you get like 30,000$ you buy your first car. (Somehow there should be a way to remember the car you bought with all the mods attached. )
2. You can still steal other cars but you are not allowed to race in them.
3. When you have your car you start at the bottom and that kind of class cars, this might seem difficult if you would use some sort of the variable to mark car class to be raced with.
4. And there will be a limited amount of races you can go to, different parts of the map will require some amount of money to start racing. Money can be earned by winning races also by betting some for extra.
5. You can spawn your car anytime by pressing the button but that will cost you 100$. If you lose it to collect it from the garage.
   The main idea is the linear progression in earning money, buying better and different vehicles for different terrain and different tracks.
   Meat the tracks I can do it my self but modding part however not.
   Does anyone want to participate?
