cannot spawn modded cars

hello ,
i have been trying to add new vehicles (especially military vehicles) but theres been a constant problem with both the mods i tried . i did every step of the installation carefully and multiple times but to no effect
the error message i get when typing the names of these addon vehicles is : couldn't find model
i have been sure toright it the right way and trying different ways like using caps and stuff but still no help
PS. i also tried spawning a hunter with its name but it also didnt work . it might be my fault but i cant say anything with surity.
