Update causing mods to crash game?

So for some reason everytime I install a new mod, GTAV would crash. I tried installing some car add-on mods and followed the steps correctly, but this still causes my game to crash. It wasn't like this 2 days ago. I even tried with the latest most updated car add-on mod on gta5-mods.com and to no avail, mods still causes my game to crash. I have the latest scripthookV and everything. Anyone else have the same issue?
