Editing dlclist.xml at all crashes game

Since the update, my game would crash after the final loading screen. I narrowed it down to the dlclist.xml. So I put the original file back in and simply added one line for an add-on car. And it crashes again.

I can't tell from here if you add the line properly
If you only edit dlclist.xml and crash :

make use of a modded gameconfig.xml;
-
check those lines in dlclist.xml you just edited for proper formatting;
-
check content.xml of the dlcpack you're adding for inconsistencies.
