Jester Classic and some other cars dont show the complete modifications

I cant put the new modifications that Rockstar has put in the game (the rest of the liveries, most of the exhausts, etc)
I dont know why, I have installed Vanilla works extended pack, World of variety, Realistic driving and some add-on maps
what is the problem? how can I fix it?// edit ReN : moved

VWE also contains tuning mods so most likely the modkit IDs are overlapping?
