Game crashes Whenever a mod tries to load MP Maps.

When my game tries to load MP Maps while loading the game. It shows an error.
This is what appears:
GTAV Exception: Found an Interruption Point. Interruption point Acheived.
GTAV Error: Game Error. Restart the game.It mostly happens whenever I use a mod that enables MP Maps. This is really annoying. Is there any fix or work-around?

on older game version i try load mp map and see errors.
not remember how to do (some confflict with trainers and some script mods)
but try to temporary delete addeded script mods
