Game crashes for several reasons(2 diff logs).. Need assistance, not too smart with this stuff

So, ive been playing gta for a while and ive added more mods into it, but recently everytime i open it and play for the first 5-10 mins the game crashes and its really annoying. I have up to date files i believe, latest version, and these are some of my logs that ive been getting, these are the 2 main ones:

could you tell us which mods: what scripts (dll and asi)
are you replacing cars?
did you install a custom gameconfig.xml?How to ask for help and support
please list:
- the version of GTA V you're running;
- the mod that you have problems with;
- the other mods you have installed;
- relevant log files for script mods. (asiloader.log, ScriptHookV.log, ScriptHookVDotNet2.log)
Please upload these log files on www.pastebin.com, as they can be rather long - what you already tried yourself

how can i show my mods? and i have a gameconfig for limitless vehicles, and i have replaced cars. Ill show my scripts when i get back from work. thank you
