Like gta online interior, placed under map. But I'm not sure if i can create new enterable interior. I'd like to create enterable building when it's not supposed to. Is it possible?

I am also interested making/editing an interior instances . . the fact is that interior mapping has complex tricks made by the developers , it is hard to figure out for a ordinary hobbyist like me but some people already made interior mods working like placing a set of interior to another place.. in my opinion there is still needed clues on how to make/edit an interior placings like the how the flags work , although i have understand maybe 70% of how the structure of MLO instances work .. and YES it is possible..
we can follow tutorials in tutorial section , maybe it can help us . .
