How bypass online activation on moded game folders?

i use that mod
https://ru.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-v-installpath-tool
for 2 game copy
1 online (work no problem)
2 for mods (i dont want update this game folder)
folder include that GTAVLauncherBypass (and normaly i disconect from web when loading game)ultimate week messages online activation connect to update etc.
on moded folder put me crazy
Now no way to load game in modded folder without online
any way to disable that and bypass all messages for offline?thanks:)
