GTA 5 1.42 Doomsday Dlc No Vehicles Sounds & Functions

hello im new to gta5 mods community i have a big problem i have 1.44 latest Update installed but only the 1.42 !Dlc were not working i dont know why i properly installed but when i spawn those cars and heli they were not work their functions and sounds also the models are fine but only the sounds and function !please help me how to fix this please!

what game version? steam? cracked? retail?
what mods do you use? things like that would be helpful

@Reacon i tried to replace the ps4 version of 1.42 christmas2017 dLC Just only the common>data folder but all things are same handling.meta etc all are same as pc version and ps4 can u please help me what i can do

in my christmas2017 there is no weapons.rpf mk2 guns not showing

im just tried i have ps4 pKG update i just tried to use ps4 version 1.42 but nothing hellped outttt

please someone help i had a custom DLC installed not automatically mean i installed by youtube by using fixes . it this vehicles.meta issue or what ?

I'd be happy to help but I really do not understand your issue at all.
And you give out very little information. Eg what does your dlclist.xml look like? Link it via pastebin.
You say there is something with the vehicles that came with the v1.42 update even tho you're now on v1.44. Why would that happen? Which vehicles exactly have no sound? And did you do some modding that might have caused this?
Using the verify option to repair any archives should fix all problems?

@ReNNie all of the doomsday vehicles the khanjali tank turrents continoues rotates while driving and no firing turrent also RCV Vehicle water cannon in straight not rotating what do you think what this causes i thinks the content.xml in (update.rpf>dlcpatch>christhmas2017) issue but when i try to replace with another version of christhmas2017 content.xml it crashes i dont knoW HOw DOES IT CRASHES AFTER i verify files but all are ok does 1.44 after hours changes 1.42 ?

Didn't R* break turrets in v1.42?
And randomly replacing files from other dlc's will break your game yes.

here it my content.xml please take a look and Also weapons in 1.42 like carbinerifle mk2 etc not showing but the dlc christhmas2017 had all of thing still im confuse why it happens to meee andi didnt replace from other dlcs it all comes with dlcthat i downloaded !
