After a new install, why does it launch into this screen? Seems like RageHook is not hooking the game.... why? My antivirus is turned off and the firewall is turned off. I have the latest Ragehook installed.

You do know that's the default load screen, right? you choose single player or online from the options.
you can also use this command line text to force the game to go to single player only.
copy paste the following and save it to your GTA V root folder as "commandline.txt" (minus the quotes)
-scOfflineOnly
it will still log you into social club but should show logged in (offline only) when the message pops up in the right upper corner
