Perception peds

Does anyone know how to make peds less perceptive? For example if I'm moving slowly and so forth I don't want the peds to perceive my presence even if technically they didn't see me. Is there a mod for this?

Have you tried editing pedperception.meta? I don't really do much file modding so I'm not sure if that helps.
Perhaps @grateful_for_mods knows more.
