HELP ME WITH MODS COMMANDS

I congratulate the admin for this work!
I'm new here and I'm really enjoying Mods, I installed some without problems, but others like Mods of Backpacks, Clothing and Cars I do not know how to activate them when starting the story mode (Installed correctly). Please, can anyone help me? Thank you very much in advance!!!

Use a trainer like Menyoo or Simple Trainer to spawn these

I think this is not what @BrunoAdriano means, as he wants to know how to install add-on and replacement vehicles. Not how to spawn them. At least this is what I understood...?
I don't use car mods, (believe it or not) but OpenIV is required to do that.

@TheMurderousCricket nah i think @ReNNie is correct, the OP says he installed them correctly and mentions clothing as well so im assuming he wants to know how to spawn them

I just think that cars (replacements at least) and outfits should spawn / be available right when the game starts... or should they? If not, then that would mean these items are not installed properly. Hard to tell really.
