Native Trainer broken

Anytime I open native trainer I can't scroll and when i hit numpad0 to close it it reloads all scripts. What happened?

As far as I know, Native Trainer's on/off key is F4...
Are you sure you have the numpad active?
I remember this message you mention and I've been there. If you get a "scripts reloaded" message, that probably means that there is a mess in your "scripts" folder and the GTA V directory. Deleting duplicate files and "leftovers" is what usually helps.
