Random loading map and textures issue

Lately I've been having an issue after playing for awhile, my textures and map starts to act up and not load. I'll have random blank spots on the map like gray roads and etc. I'm not sure how to fix this. Could it be a mod that I have or?
These are my specs:
- I'm running off an SSD
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.31 GHz
- 8GB RAM
- Windows 10 Pro Version 1709
- NVIDIA GTX 1050 TI
- Corsair Force LE200 SSD (2TB)
What is the issue honestly? I need desperate help.

I have similar specs like you, but usually that problem(least for me on my old device) comes from your computer not being able to load up the components. Try setting gta as a top priority and see if it works.
