Change the lighting on a vehicle

I am using a new truck mod and i wanted to see if it is possible to change the lights on the mirror from being indicator lights to being running lights and also make them brighter.

has to be done in zmod3 by the author

when they are configured as running lights they act the same as the taxi signs eg and the intensity of those extralights can be altered in visualsettings.dat
