FPS gain in car, but loss when on foot?

I recently just installed SweetFX, ReShade and NaturalVision Remastered. I launched up the game and everything was fine but when I was on foot I had only 50 fps. When I get in a car and start driving my FPS are totally fine, 60 fps no problem. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I’m no FPS genius but maybe the mods that you installed don’t really affect an interior of a car, but outside since it’s tryjng to make the game better so maybe that’s why???
