Revolver switchblade dlc not working even with trainer mpapartement and doomsday heist

Hey guys, i have a problem concerning few dlc. when i use the trainer to get all weapons the revolver switchblade and few MK2 weapons are missing. I don't understand the dlc mpapartement and doomsday heist are correctly installed. I play in story mode and i have the 1.0.1493.1 version of gta 5. Someone can help me ?
