"I'm Not Mental's" persistence mod observation...

Just stumbled upon this...
It seems that "I'm Not Mental's" car persistence mod does not work in the underground (underbuilding?) passages in Rockford Plaza. Have no idea why.
Would you mind trying it out as well? This happens with all the vehicles and script hooks don't throw any errors regarding the mod itself.
