[SCRIPTS] GTA Online/RDR Bounty Hunter

Howdy all.
Could we have a script that replicates the GTA Online system when you steal a car, a unknown person sets a bounty on you? However since that requires other players in online to claim the bounty or you to survive the day, could we add like a certain amount of bounty hunters to come after you, like in RDR/RDR2, in the surrounding area where you stole the car? I'd be happy to help out in anyway to create this. Thanks in advanced.
