Install model from Hum3d.com gta5

Hi im new in this forum,
I would like to insert this 3d model in gta5.https://hum3d.com/3d-models/pontiac-firebird-knight-rider/
I would like to replace a model of Kitt by seroza that I have already inserted, so with the same characteristics but with the new esthetic appearance .
With what characteristics should I buy it (game ready? Ecc... ) Is there a tutorial?
For u I am able to include it without knowing 3d software like 3d studio max or zmodeler? Is hard?Thx to all

Look up tutorials on how to make vehicle mods, softwares like Zmodeler 3 should do the trick, but 3dsmax or any software can be used as well.
