trubble instaling addons...

i just instald 2 mods or addons "blackbird" and a "globe" plane. and i went thru a few totorials to install them. but nothing works...
i have added all the files where the reedme file said, and i have edited axaktly as it said but still nothing in the game.
can some one give me some tips on how to fix this?
