why is my scripthookdotnet saying 0 scripts found

  • Some scripts don't use "Script Hook V .NET" at all, or at least not as the main dependable.

    If you have several scripts that you believe should be visible to the game, why don't you check the "Script Hook V" log. When you open it, all scripts that require Script Hook V (and only that) should be listed as "loaded".

    Your log does not contain anything that I would call abnormal. You're fine.
