Game Crashes if character, or vehicle goes near Michaels tennis court, or Road.

Got a weird bug going on, Game Crashes if character, or vehicle goes near Michaels tennis court, or Road.
Doesn't matter what vehicle your in or on, go on the road near the tennis court causes game to crash.
If your walking it crashes the minute you go towards the tennis court.using steam version, latest patch. game config file from F7YO. only have 6 addon vehicles, my map mod.
Did the test its something in the mods folder, as vanilla is fine.Any help or pointers be appreciated thanks....

Well After doing some testing, I figured it out. In my case if I run the game with the LowPriorityPropRestore.asi in the GTAV Folder it causes my game to crash near Michaels tennis court & other random areas.
Remove the LowPriorityPropRestore.asi from the GTAV folder & the game runs spot on no crashes etc,
So I'm assuming there must be a conflict when restoring the props Rockstar left out.
Tested my game with mods installed ran perfect...

Thanks for sharing this tip @Designerappz . In case someone else runs into this problem, it is always best to share how you yourself solved the issue. I always say it's better to talk, rather than keeping one's mouth shut.

@ReNNie No, just 6 vehicles, " jeep x2, Shelby lowrider, Bentley continental, Goldwing, GT500. My Map & Radar, " all addons. Scripts folder = Benny's, insurance. Removed all mods and scripts then put them back in 1 at a time.

As we all know at some point or another any Mod will clash or conflict its just the nature of the game, its then up to us as to which trade off we want. I did at one point use the RCA before it was an addon,
