trying to install one mod and its making my life difficult

So am trying to download the dodge demon into my game and i have it all but something with scripthookV is causing troubles idk what to do ive check the integrity of the game its fine and reinstalled it and still getting the same thing whats wrong and how do i fix it? cause i cant put my screen shot on for some reason but it says
