[VEHICLE] where is the "snail" car park?

sorry for that stupid question i got but i need to find it for a project.
i thought in the game there was a car park where your get up and down the stocks by a "snail" i mean where it is round and round and round. i hope you got what i mean. does anyone know? i'*ve been searching for so long without succes. thanks!
