Map editor problem with some maps

I download a fort zancudo map when there was lots more vehicles but when I get in game some of them don’t spawn plus I have all the Vehicles need added to my game at the start I thought they maybe disappeared because a gta veh spawns in it place so is there a mod to stop that

Map editor attempts to spawn all entities from the save file, if it can’t spawn everything then one your device can’t handle the amount of objects being spawned, or 2 you’ll need to update the object list, but mostly in common cases, some devices are not able to spawn them, you know, potato devices?
