Addons aren't working for me!

Since the After Hours update (yes that's how long it's been) I haven't been able to install any addons, I've spent days (or even weeks) trying to fix it and nothing has worked, I've also made posts on here and other forums asking for help and have been completely ignored. Also I've seen very few people with the same problem as me, people have said that back when the After Hours update was released, the dlclist.xml got change, I've checked recent installation tutorials to make sure I've change everything back to the way it's supposed to be and nothing has worked at all. The last item "gallardolb" isn't working, when I go into the game, the car isn't in the trainer (MENYOO) and when I try spawning the car by name, it says it's invalid. 

Can someone please help me? This has been happening for way too long.

@Siprus Uhh I think something messed up when I copied my dlclist, the slashes are meant to be there. I'll edit the post to what mine actually looks like..

Edit: Strange, the site keeps removing the slash at the end, they're actually there, you just can't see them for whatever reason, (when I go to edit the post, they show up but when I go to save, they disappear)

Anyway, back to problem at hand, you have a custom gameconfig.xml in place? Use F7YO's

@Siprus Well the Lambo mod is a mod that's worked for me before the After Hours update, so I'm not too sure which one it is because I downloaded it so long ago, but I've also tried installing other mods like https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mclaren-720s-vorsteiner-18-add-on and that hasn't worked either. I'll update the dlclist above to the 720s considering that's a more recent mod.

@Siprus Well usually addons appear on Menyoo, the car isn't showing, and I just tried the trainer you provided and that didn't work either, also using the spawn name doesn't work.

I am having the same issue my addon slots are disabled for simple trainer but the .ini file says they are enabled

@Dellaith , I think you have made a wrong route. In the mods folder, there are 2 files called "update". One of these files has the extension * rpf and the other ,does not. Where you should copy the mods of your cars and peds is in the file "update" without the extension * rpf. Here I leave a video that I did a few days before.

I found the problem a few days ago, it was because I copied and pasted the "x64" folder and the "update.rpf" folder that's in the update folder to my mods folder instead of copying and pasting the full "update" folder, I didn't think it mattered but apparently it does.
