Random gang robbery of ATM's throuch GTA V occures with armored army truck (with a red car mark on the map)

Does someone remember or know the MOD that spawns a gang that rob's the ATM's or banks with army armored and weaponized car/truck and they occur in the map with red icon you are suppouse to chase them/kill them. It was like a police chase or something, i forgot, i can't remember. Can someone help me with this mod
