Cars not showing up?

Hello! my name is Joe, and I was installing mods. I've installed all of them correctly, but for some reason the latest mods, and the stock DLC isn't showing up.
My problem is none of my modded vehicles, and most DLC (T20, Osiris, etc)
dlclist.xmlPlease help me asap!

Your slashes "\" are backwards for your mods. They need to be the other direction "/". The same as official dlc shows on the lines.
